This is different from a regular RN Officers cap and extremely rare. With a black Kings crowned badge and black cloth commander rank peak as used by a reverend in the Royal Navy in WW2

These peaked caps are so scarce I have never seen another for sale
 
Condition: Stiching at front of hat band is coming away ( please check photos ) otherwise in good shape
